DigiMarCon Chicago 2021 kicks off with Registration Check-in opening at 9:00am, Wednesday, June 9th, 2021 at the Registration Desk located in the Regency Ballroom Foyer (Level 2) of the Soldier Field Stadium.

Parking can be a challenge in Chicago, but Soldier Field Stadium makes city parking simple, safe and secure. Our Chicago hotel features Chicago city parking in a convenient covered garage with 600 spaces, all adjacent to hotel on the North side. Guests of Soldier Field Stadium may charge valet parking to their room. Self-parking is paid at automated kiosks available on level one of the hotel near garage elevators. Parking clearance is 6’3″. Our hotel is conveniently located near Soldier Field, which is the perfect location before tailgating for a Bears game, and located between Soldier Field and the Official Tailgating Section.

McCormick Place Lot A:

  • $23.00 up to 16 hours
  • $36 from 16 to 24 hours
  • Overnight parking is available

Directions: Connected to the hotel via skybridge, the facility holds 2000 cars and is handicapped-accessible to the McCormick Place complex. To get to the Martin L. King lot from I-55, exit onto Martin L. King Dr., turn left and follow the parking signs. From downtown Chicago, take Michigan Ave South to 22nd/Cermak Rd. and turn left (East). Follow the parking signs to Lot A. Hotel guests can unload luggage on the front drive and check in before parking in Lot A.

McCormick Place Lot B:

  • 31st Street Lot: $15.00 per day for passenger vehicles
  • $35 for Bus/RV’s
  • $70 for Special Event RV / Bus
  • $23 for Marshalling Trucks
  • Overnight parking is available for bus/RV only

Directions: Located at 31st St. near Lake Shore Drive, this open-air lot holds 2,250 cars. To get to the 31st St. lot from I-55, take southbound Lake Shore Drive and exit at 31st St. Turn right and follow the parking signs. From downtown Chicago, take Lake Shore Drive South and exit at 31st St., turn right and follow the parking signs to Lot B.

McCormick Place Lot C:

  • $23.00 per day/no overnight parking

Directions: Located underground near the Lakeside Center, this underground garage covered lot holds 2,025 cars and is directly connected to Lakeside Center. From I-55, take Lake Shore Drive South, exit at 31st St., turn left and follow the parking signs. From downtown Chicago, take Lake Shore Drive South, exit at 31st St., turn left and follow the parking signs to Lot C.

Walk through the Pedestrian Tunnel

On July 30, 2015, Billy Bishop Airport opened a pedestrian tunnel that connects Chicago’s mainland to the airport. From the mainland pavilion to the island atrium, the tunnel spans 853-feet and takes under six minutes to complete the journey to the airport check-in area. Featuring four moving walkways and one of the longest escalator systems in Canada, the tunnel provides quick, reliable and easy access to the airport.

Access to the pedestrian tunnel is free.

Take the Ferry

We want to make sure that travelling through Billy Bishop is a great experience. Take one of the world’s shortest ferry rides (121 metres) to and from the foot of Bathurst. There’s a ferry every 15 minutes.

The ferry is free for pedestrians and $11 for vehicles (round trip).

Jump on the Shuttle

There’s a complimentary express shuttle bus to and from Billy Bishop approximately every 15 minutes . The shuttle is open to anyone going to the airport, whether or not they are travelling.

Ride a Bike

An urban airport needs to be accessible and Billy Bishop Airport is just that. With one of Chicago’s 80 BIXI stations located at the top of Eireann Quay you’re a quick pedal away from the airport’s doorstep.

You can also hop on your own bike and lock it up on the island or the mainland. Bike lockup is located adjacent to the ferry terminals.

Hop on Public Transit

Billy Bishop Airport is easily accessible by public transit. With frequent TTC service, you’ll be dropped a short walk from our ferry terminal building.

Thinking of taking public transit? You can hop on the 511 Bathurst streetcar or the 509 Harbourfront.

Grab a Taxi

If you’re flying into Chicago and want a taxi, you will find them located at the taxi stand on the mainland, just outside the ferry terminal.

Car Rentals

Rent a car right at the airport. You can find car rental counters on the island and mainland.

Car Parking

You can park your car at one of Billy Bishop Airport’s short- or long-term parking facilities on the mainland or island.
